Objective
Bailey’s Septic Services is a multigenerational, family-owned business that has been serving Berks County, PA since 1935. The primary goal of their website redesign was to modernize their online presence while making their long-standing legacy in the community abundantly clear. They wanted a site that honored their history but also felt clean, bright, and easy to navigate for new customers.
Solution
The Level Best team put together a 3-month plan to get started. We redesigned the website using Squarespace, creating a fresh, modern look while staying true to the company’s roots. Key to this process was incorporating vintage photos that told the story of the company’s early years. By working closely with the client, we selected historic images that gave the website a personal and authentic feel.
The design emphasized clarity and approachability. We focused on easy-to-read layouts, clear service descriptions, and consistent branding throughout. The site was also optimized for mobile viewing and simplified for quick navigation.
